SIYA, the Syntropic Institute for Youthful Agripreneurs, empowers Africa’s next generation of organic farmers through training, mentorship, and market access. We teach youth the principles of syntropic agroforestry farming that regenerates the land while producing clean, nutritious food. Our trained agripreneurs recruit and support rural outgrowers who supply fresh, chemical-free produce to health-conscious urban consumers. Through the SIYA Academy’s three-tier training model, we create a ripple effect of transformation youth gain skills, farmers gain markets, and cities gain real food.
