SIYA OUTGROWER PROGRAM
Growing Regenerative Farms. Expanding Opportunities. Feeding Communities.
The SIYA Outgrower Program is a cornerstone initiative designed to expand the reach of organic and syntropic agriculture across rural communities. Through this program, SIYA-trained Academy graduates mentor local farmers, equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and market opportunities needed to successfully transition into regenerative farming.
The result is a stronger, more sustainable supply chain of chemical-free produce—while uplifting rural livelihoods and protecting ecosystems.
How the Outgrower Program Works
Graduates of the SIYA Academy begin by identifying rural farmers who have:
- Access to cultivable land
- A genuine interest in transitioning to organic or syntropic practices
Once enrolled, farmers enter a guided training and mentorship phase delivered by certified SIYA practitioners.
To maintain SIYA’s trusted organic guarantee, each participating farmer undergoes ongoing quality checks. This includes: Monitoring soil health, Ensuring zero use of synthetic chemicals
Once farmers begin producing, SIYA purchases their harvest at fair, stable prices. Their produce is then supplied to the SIYA Organic Baskets our subscription-based farm-to-family delivery model.
